What a blustery day in Penrith at UKWB today as Whirlwinds 3 took the court by storm 🌪️🌪️🌪️🏀🏀 Recap time👇👇

The team started off the day with a close game vs Mohawks Wheelchair Basketball Team 4 drawing level on the buzzer 🔊 at the end of Q4. After a nerve wracking 4 minutes of overtime whirlwinds came out victorious. 🎖️

Moving into game 2 the team started by chasing down @covcomets who took the early lead of the game. The team battled it out ⚔️⚔️and gained the lead. The team kept strong 💪and powered through to a second victory 🎖️of the day!

The team then powered on through ➡️ into a back to back game against Mohawks Wheelchair Basketball Team 5. The team started hot 🔥 on the trail of a strong mohawks side, letting the score slip from grasp. 💨As the game progressed the team managed to break down multiple press' and battled into the lead later into the game. 🎖️Unfortunately, the team ran out of battery 🪫during the last quarter and slipped into a loss in the closing stages of the game.
